Pro-Am Racing Series ( PARS )

Pro-Am Racing Series is the series formally known as the Low-Mid-Skilled Beginner's Series. The basic requirement is that you can be no higher than Pro in the TrueSkill ranking. This will eliminate the need for car restrictions, etc.
